The correct move is Bc6 since black is then checkmated.
Diagram 1 shows the problem again.
Diagram2 If white plays bf5+ black is only in check once (from the queen). He can get out of check by playing Be7, moving his bishop on to the square in front of his king.
Diagram 3 shows what happens if white plays Bc6 checkmate. The king is in check from both the white queen and the white bishop. Black cannot play Be7 because he would still be in check from the bishop. He cannot play bxc6, taking the bishop with his b pawn because he would still be in check from the queen.
There is no square that he can move his king to because his king would still be in check on e7 or d7.
Black has been checkmated.
