Black plays Bxh2+, taking the white pawn with his bishop. The white king is in check from the bishop. At the same time the white queen is exposed to attack from the black rook on e8. White will probably play Kxh2, taking the bishop with this king.  Black can then play Rxe4, capturing the white queen with his rook.
