You are correct.
Diagram 1 shows the position at the start
In diagram 2 the white bishop has taken one of the rooks but in diagram 3 we see that the other rook has recaptured the bishop. Diagram 1 Diagram 2

Black has got something back in exchange for his rook but he has not done very well because a rook is worth 5 pawns and a bishop is only worth 3 pawns.
